INTERNATIONAL SALES MANAGER – DECORATIVE PAINTS

Our client has a leadership approach to the DECORATIVES PAINTS whom is really fast growing on the international markets. To increase the team, we are looking for  
 
INTERNATIONAL SALES MANAGER – DECORATIVE PAINTS- 
 
 
You'll combine technical knowledge with sales skills, you will have to find new clients and solve our customer’s most difficult problems. You will  be involved in the business development focus to BIG DISTRIBUTORS or REAL ESTATE DEVELOPER. We need a very innovative approach to the market able to offer not only products, but solutions and new ideas fitting with the DESIGN TRENDS. You will have direct and recurring interaction with our customers, supported by an internal sales team.
 
Responsibilities:

 

  • Research clients to better connect with them and understand their needs
  • Travelling to visit potential clients
  • Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
  • Negotiating tender and contract terms
  •  Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
  • Preparing reports for head office
  • Meeting regular sales targets
  • Recording and maintaining client contact data
  • Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
  • Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
  •  Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
  • Helping in the design of custom-made products

Skills: 

  • Previous sales experience
  • You must have excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
  • A technical / economical background is preferred
  • Availability for trips and transfers for 50% of the time
  • Excellent knowledge of English, preferable second language
